easykind operates as a centralised alternative healthcare clinic with standardised consultation fees. This ensures fairness, transparency and consistent access to qualified practitioners across Australia.
What does it cost to get started with easykind?
It is free to take our online pre-screen and have an initial screening call with our patient support team. During this call, you can ask questions and get clarity on next steps. If we are the right fit for you, you can progress to book an initial phone consultation with a doctor or nurse practitioner for $29.
What is included in the $29 initial consultation?
You receive a dedicated phone (not video) consultation with an AHPRA-registered easykind doctor or nurse practitioner. This time is used to discuss your health history and symptoms in depth. If clinically suitable, your practitioner may also advise on a personalised treatment plan.
Do I need a referral for the $29 consultation?
No referral required, unless your easykind doctor or nurse practitioner requests a letter of confirmation from your regular doctor.
How much do follow-up appointments cost at easykind?
Return consultations for existing patients cost $29. These are shorter phone consultations designed to provide ongoing support and allow you to have continuity of care by having your consultation with the same doctor or nurse practitioner.
Why is the initial consultation longer?
At easykind, we believe kindness and care shouldn't be rushed. We provide a longer consultation (up to 30 minutes) for your first appointment to ensure your practitioner can look at the "big picture" of your health and symptoms without you feeling dismissed or rushed.
When do I need to pay for my consultation?
To secure your spot, payment needs to be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled easykind phone consultation.
