How much does it cost to switch to easykind?
We offer a reduced rate of $15 for your initial consultation when you move to easykind from another alternative healthcare clinic. It’s our way of making it easier for you to find a clinic home that prioritises kindness and care.
What is the process for switching?
Switching is a simple three-step process:
Form: Complete our online switch form.
Consult: Have your initial phone consultation with one of our easykind doctors or nurse practitioners.
Plan: Receive a treatment plan if advised by your practitioner based on your health needs.
Do I need to notify my current clinic that I’m switching?
You aren't required to notify your current clinic, but having your previous treatment history or a summary of your health journey can be helpful during your first consult with us to ensure continuity of care.
What conditions can an easykind practitioner help me with?
Our caring and non-judgemental clinical team are here to discuss how the symptoms of a chronic illness or a chronic health condition are affecting your life.
Can I still use my preferred pharmacy if I switch?
Yes, however an administration fee may apply if you use a pharmacy other than our preferred provider. Our preferred pharmacy is iHealth Pharmacy in Kew, Victoria. They provide pick-up and Australia-wide delivery options.
